RCK Partners, a specialist tax advisory firm focused on R&D Tax Credits, business rates and capital allowances, today announces Rufus Meakin will work with the firm as a Senior Advisor and Brand Ambassador. This engagement brings additional industry insight and supports RCK’s focus on providing high-quality advice to companies undertaking R&D.

Rufus brings more than two decades of experience advising technology-driven companies on R&D tax incentives and will be working with RCK to support the firm’s work with businesses undertaking significant technological development.

Over the past 25 years, he has worked with more than 1,000 companies, including over 20 years in the R&D Tax Credit field covering more than 2,000 R&D Tax Credit and RDEC claims, as well as 250 innovation grant applications. Over that period, Rufus has built a strong reputation for excellence in the field and is widely regarded as one of the leading voices in the UK R&D Tax Credit advisory market. He is well respected for his tenure and depth of understanding of the sector.

Rufus will play an important role within RCK’s wider advisory ecosystem, complementing the firm’s Innovation Advisory Council and Board. Combined with Paul Rosser’s recent appointment, Rufus adds further depth to RCK’s layered advisory structure. Rufus authors the industry-leading R&D Tax Credit Insider newsletter, which serves as a regular update to the R&D advisory market and accountants. Resultingly, Rufus has built a loyal following within this domain.
